Public relations guru and county commissioner Frank Williams shares his thoughts on how to relate technical information to people. Relationships are key so making a personal connection is most important. People will ask for the facts when they are ready for them.


We agree. The reality is that most people listen to those who they believe are looking after their best interests. Trusted advisors must tell the good news and the bad news when it comes to information but force-feeding the facts early in your presentation will leave doubts about your intentions. Too many facts too soon produce noise.
